Biography:

Betsie Chilton came to Hanover in 2000 with a degree in business administration and management. Prior to joining Hanover's staff, she worked for many years as a legal assistant in Madison, Ind.

At Hanover, Chilton serves as the executive director of the Parents' Association, assistant director of Alumni & Parent Relations, director of Hanover's License Plate Program and director of the Legacy Program.

Additionally, she led Hanover's first Alumni Travel Program trip to Italy in 2007.

Chilton has served for two years on Hanover's Judicial Board, as a student adviser for five years and she and her family currently serve as a host family for an international student from China.

At Hanover, Chilton plans a variety of on- and off-campus events for parents and alumni year-round. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteer work, traveling, boating, reading and photography. Chilton and her husband, Ken, are the parents of two children: Keith, a Purdue University graduate, and Alesha, a 2010 Hanover College graduate.

Biography:

Christy Hughes came to Hanover in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Ball State University. She also holds a degree in the medical and legal secretarial fields.

Prior to joining Hanover's staff, Hughes worked as an online educational advisor in Indianapolis, where she assisted individuals seeking degrees or professional certificates entirely through distance learning.

At Hanover, Hughes assists in the implementation of on- and off-campus activities such as Homecoming/Class Reunions, Legacy Day, Senior Banquet and golf outings, as well as provides administrative support in the day-to-day operations for both Alumni & Parent Relations.

Originally from Crawfordsville, Ind., Hughes and her husband, Dan, live in Madison, Ind., and are the parents of three children, Jessica, Corbin and Grayson.

Biography:

Before returning to Hanover in 2000, Ann Inman worked in student affairs for 13 years at Grand Valley State University, Texas A&M University and Eastern Illinois University.

A volunteer for the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) for 17 years, she served as Great Lakes Regional Coordinator from 1998-2000.

Among other Hanover-related activities, Inman is executive director of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, works with reunion and alumni events on- and off-campus, and advises senior committee.

She and her husband, Scott, live on campus with their children, Max and Britt. Inman loves taking frequent walks featuring the most breathtaking view to be found on any college campus, as well as traveling, sailing, reading, and visiting family and friends.
